DryTips® and Reflective DryTips®
DryTips far outlast the saliva absorption capacity of cotton rolls and other absorbent pads, and they do not lose moisture when handled. DryTips facilitate the work far back in the oral cavity by keeping the procedure area clean and dry.
The recent addition to moisture control are the Reflective DryTips. Thanks to their silver-coated backing they reflect light and improve the visibility in the mouth.
Size
DryTips and Reflective DryTips are both available in 2 sizes, small and large.
Benefits and Usage
DryTips function as an effective replacement for moisture control attributes of rubber dams, providing complete coverage of the parotid gland and buccal mucosa with a polyethylene film for cutting protection. DryTips are specially manufactured with materials that do not shed fibers or leave residue behind. They accommodate to cheek movements and comfortably stay in place, yet are easily removed with water spray.
Ideal for impressions, occlusion grinding, orthodontics, paint-on techniques, composites, cementation, fissure sealing and fluoride applications.
